Job Description:

	<li>Support the company expectation and achieve sales and profitability through driving product knowledge, exceptional customer service, and sales.</li>
	<li>Maintain store visual objectives and housekeeping expectations.</li>
	<li>Monitors store email and reacts to business critical directives.</li>
	<li>Provide positive feedback and encourage positive selling and customer service behaviors.</li>
	<li>Consistent written and verbal communication with store management.</li>
	<li>Responsible for shift opening and closing store functions.</li>
	<li>Ensure store is opened with preparedness and secured at closing.</li>
	<li>Creates and executes daily planner and communicates expectations with staff.</li>
	<li>Complies with all company policies and procedures and ensures store team is compliant.</li>
	<li>Completes sales transactions with efficiency from end to end.</li>
	<li>Escalate store issues in a timely manner; identify and act to solve problems and recommend improvements.</li>
	<li>Other tasks as assigned.</li>
